Know Your School Tech Rep
Each school in the system has a designated tech rep. These representatives attend meetings and tech- help workshops to assist the Technology Department in maintaining accurate referrals and problems. Below is a listing of the school tech reps. Should you have any computer related problem, notify the rep. in your school. They will investigate the problem, and then report it via online work order. These work orders are printed, and addressed as received. It is very important that you report problems when they occur.
