Welcome to College 101.  The purpose of this page is to share general college information news with the school community.  It will provide planned Gear Up events and allow feed back.  The first discussion topic will be on Study SKills.

Gear Up is planning a three week afterschool program addressing the home study environment,  time management, using an adgenda, goal setting, learning styles and test taking strategies.  We would like to offer this in January or February 2010 and especially want New Century Scholar students to pilot the program.  If interested please contact Ms. Sherry Tilson at the MMS Gear Up office.
